Apostle Dr. Lee Ann B. Marino, Ph.D., D.D. is an Apostolic theologian, Bible scholar, women's history expert, women's rights advocate, Christian feminist, cultural analyst, and Apostle in Office for Apostolic Fellowship International Ministries. A graduate of Apostolic University in Philosophy, Theology, Divinity, and Religion/Comparative Religion, Lee Ann's practical approach to preaching, spiritual matters, and Scripture study has reached masses with the Gospel of God and of Jesus Christ.
Originally a Roman Catholic for seventeen years, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann's early life was plagued with tumult and troubles. Abused by her alcoholic father and older siblings, Lee Ann's parents divorced when she was seven. This caused a split in the family causing her oldest two sisters, then in their early thirties, to break from the family. Later on, her other two sisters also broke communication with the family over her call to pursue ministry. The dissension within the family unit caused stress in Apostle Dr. Lee Ann's life and brought about many of life's difficult questions very young.
Particularly in adolescence did Apostle Dr. Lee Ann become interested in religion and philosophy and the numerous ways people attempted to answer life's great questions. When she began college at fifteen, religion, theology, and philosophy quickly became Apostle Dr. Lee Ann's primary interests. Largely rejected by the Catholic Church which expected women to pr epare for certain roles, Lee Ann continued to study and expand and eventually began interviewing individuals on matters of religion and beliefs. She also began studying the Bible around this time, and became increasingly interested in the apocrypha and interreligious scripture readings as well. After a denial of Confirmation rite by her local parish and diocese and numerous incidents, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann by process of voluntary excommunication left the Catholic Church seeking God and Truth the whole way.
Within one week of her excommunication Apostle Dr. Lee Ann met a Pentecostal Charismatic woman through an interview who had herself been Catholic at one point in time who invited Apostle Dr. Lee Ann to church. It was at seventeen years old that Lee Ann experienced both being born again and the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
About six months after this time, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann began to examine many of life's questions once again due to numerous encounters that left her wondering. It seemed that many people were into certain roles just for the authority and control of the situation - and worse yet, that many of them used God for their own purposes. Confused once again, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann fell into another answer-seeking mode that would finally lead to the answers she so longed to seek.
For a period of about three and a half years Apostle Dr. Lee Ann studied intensively hard expanding her personal experience on religion, visiting over five hundred different religious services in that time frame and interviewing well over one hundred people of differing religious beliefs. Apostle Dr. Lee Ann Lee Ann also expanded her personal Scripture studies, studying the majority of the Bible and a good portion of the apocrypha. Always being interested in philosophy, by total accident Apostle Dr. Lee Ann came across a book that had belonged to her mother that finally held the answers she had sought. Discovering the writings of Christian philosophers of the nineteenth century, she finally came to realize the essence of human existence through the Scriptures and the importance of faith and understanding the Scriptures. In light of this Apostle Dr. Lee Ann's rededication (she calls it her conversion) occurred at the age of twenty-one and she has remained a dedicated Apostolic Pentecostal Christian ever since, believing in the fullness of the authentic Pentecostal experience many churches have traded in for sensationalism and hype.
Today, having come through parental and sibling abuse, abusive relationships, rejection, emotional battery, depression, loneliness, doubt, questioning, and other personal problems, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann is a blessed and powerful preacher deemed "everyone's favorite theologian" through her practical and intellectual means of teaching which has the ability to reach the intellectual as easily as the pragmatic.
